Yoga With Sally

With over 29 years of practice, It is my goal to share the love of yoga with others. I have taught ages 2 to 92. Pop-up classes will be found throughout the summer at parks and beaches.

Corporate yoga, senior yoga, kids yoga, chair yoga, family yoga, Gentle yoga, private yoga and semi-private all available. If you have a group of four more I will bring yoga to you. Classes can be taught with or without yoga mats and/or chairs in person or virtual.
